Dodge Prices the 2013 Dart Aero

Dodge has recently revealed the starting price of the 2013 Dart Aero which is considered as most fuel-efficient model that was included on the Dart lineup for this year.

According to the pricing information provided by a number of reliable sources, the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero which is currently offered on sale will be sold at a starting price of $20,090 including the destination charge of $795.

Given its latest starting price, the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero is more expensive compared to base model which is currently sold at a starting price of $16,790. The prices of the Aero and base model reflect a premium of $3,300.

The 2013 Dodge Dart Aero is expected to compete with other small sedan models such as the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze Eco and the 2013 Nissan Sentra FE+. The 2013 Chevrolet Cruze Eco is currently sold at a starting price of $21,450 including the destination charge of $975 and this is more expensive than the Dodge Dart Aero.

The price of the 2013 Nissan Sentra FE+ CVT which is scheduled to go on sale this December will start at $18,440 including the destination charge of $780. With its upcoming starting price, the Nissan Sentra FE+ will most likely serve as a cheaper alternative for buyers who are interested in purchasing a smaller sedan but not capable of handling the cost of the Dodge Dart Aero.

Based on the information provided by the Environmental Protection Agency, the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero has obtained the official fuel economy ratings of 28 miles per gallon in the city and 41 miles per gallon on the highway. These ratings are higher compared to the 27 mile per gallon in the city and 39 miles per gallon on the highway that the base model of the Dart has obtained.

The 2013 Dodge Dart Aero is powered by a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine which is mated to 6-speed manual transmission. The engine is capable of producing the maximum power output of up to 160 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque.

The Dart Aero will be sold with a long list of standard features such as the electronic stability control, antilock brakes, cruise control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, LED taillights, and projector headlights.

Aside from the standard features mentioned earlier, the 2013 Dodge Dart Aero is equipped with a number of technologies that help boost its fuel economy ratings. But despite of its reduced fuel consumption, the Dart Aero still provides the impressive performance that most of its siblings are offering.
