Dodge Prices the Existing Trims of the 2013 Dodge Dart

Dodge has finally announced the latest prices of the existing trims of the 2013 Dodge Dart which is considered by a lot of car experts as the company’s most ambitious small car. Based on the announcement provided by Dodge, the price of the Dart would not be as high as most buyers expect. In fact, the starting price of the base model of the Dart according to a lot of car experts is cheaper compared to the prices of some of its closest competitors such as the 2012 Toyota Corolla, the 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze.

The starting price of the 2013 Dodge Dart SE will be about $16,790 which also includes the shipping charge of $795. Given this price, it is quite obvious that the SE trim is cheaper compared to the base version of the 2012 Toyota Corolla which is sold at a price of $16,890 that includes a $760 shipping charge. In addition to this, the Dart SE is also cheaper compared to the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LS with a price of $17,595 including the shipping charge of $795 and the price of the base model of the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS which is $17,470 that also includes a $775 shipping charge.

By spending $16,790, a buyer could possibly own a 2013 Dodge Dart SE which is powered by a 2.0-liter inline- 4-cylinder mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine produces a maximum power output of up to 160 horsepower which is considered as a good output for a smaller car such as the Dart.
